What is Display Cache? 3D Graphics Performance Video Memory
Display Memory Cache

Display cache is additional video memory that is dedicated to the graphics engine within the chipset. Whereas the Intel integrated 3D video graphics controller of the 815E chipset is primarily dependent on system main memory to support the majority of the video characteristics, the display cache is cacheable memory, which directly enhances video performance. If the internal graphics controller is used, the GPA can be used to increase 3D graphics performance.
The ability to cache the video and system BIOSes has been a feature in our BIOSes for a long time. But there's now a new BIOS option called VideoRAM Cacheable. Normally found in the Advanced Chipset Features' menu.
